The costs of using a local bank to make your international transfer of funds are high because the banks make money by offering you a lower exchange rate and by adding fees ($45 or more). This can cost hundreds of dollars more when they are don't pay the current exchange rate. And, it can take up to 10 business days for the transfer to be received. REFUND POLICY:
If cancellation notification is received by 15 May 2020, 50% of the amount paid will be reimbursed, less the non-refundable deposit and application fee. Thereafter, no refund will be made.

A non-refundable deposit of €275 is due
at the time of acceptance and is
required to GUARANTEE your
place on the roster. This payment is
applied toward the overall cost of the Symposium.
